I could have done with discovering yoga sooner, but eventually got onto a mat when a health issue in my 20s forced a break from other activity, and I glimpsed it's power, beauty and benefits.

 

Realising I needed yoga to be part of life going forward, and hoping to share it with others, I trained as an instructor in 2013 and set up Think Yoga.  Since then, I have been teaching in London, Addis Ababa and Geneva.
 

My foundation teacher training was in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga with The Yoga People (200hrs certified by the Yoga Alliance), followed by 100hrs advanced training in Yin yoga with the same school.

 

I believe everyone has their own, very individual journey to take on the mat.  My intention as a teacher is simply to help you to realise yoga's power and benefits for yourself, and to enjoy it.

 

I believe yoga is for everyone and for life, and offer classes designed to reflect that.  Whether you're looking for physical movement, time to breathe, or to open a window into mindfulness, I invite you to move, breathe, think yoga.
